Made a visit there today, looking for a house mail slot. Their manager assisted me with my search. I have a severe hearing loss and I usually read lips to understand the conversation. She helped me understand and communicated very well. Though I did not purchase anything, kudos to her for helping me and providing great customer service.

Update— the manager here fixed the problem within days and we are all good now !! Thank You!! I’ve had it with this location and people here and today was the worst experience I’ve had here.. We always come to TSC for dog food, this time whomever stocked the shelf’s did it wrong and put out only entree and not the stew , they even put the entree ones in the stew sections and put the stew dog food on top of the shelf’s where we can’t reach…. Well the guy that works there (bald tattoos and piercing ) walked up to me while I was on the phone and while on the phone asked me a question, WITHOUT waiting one second for me to get off the phone, he literally disappeared to the front deck cash register’s and told the other employees that their was someone complaining, mind you he said this in front of other customers, which he was the one that walked away from me, him and I didn’t even talked at all, I was on the Phone !!! But he had the time to walk up front and talk behind my back WHILE I was STILL in the STORE !!!!! Never coming to this location ever again. Done. ! Today literally seen no professional team. Even one of the ladies we like was even going along with him that they don’t have time for complains , even though I didn’t even talk to him! I was on the phone with my mom !!!

I ordered a lawn trailer from this location that was "in stock". When I got there, they tried to load up a trailer that was $100 cheaper than the one I had paid for. When I approached the manager about this issue, she admitted that no one had scanned the box but then made disrespectful comments to me when I asked for my money back..

Sharing a review on a Cub Cadet RZT-S 46" Kohler engine. After having used it over 10 yrs. Purchased at TSC at Zero % for 3 yrs. The machine cut my mowing time in half. It has been reliable. It's still going. I replaced the leaking valve covers on the Kohler engine. Replaced the blades a few times. Kept oil changed each season. Battery gets replaced after a few years. It's starting to use oil. Hard starting cold. I'm really impressed with the service it provides. I found clippings build up in the linkage under the floor plate for the steering wheel. You must disassemble the top floor etc to clean out the build up or you have sticky steering. I recently replaced the transmission drive belt. That was a pain, and used up a good day. Mower deck belt was replaced once also but easy. I replaced the mower blade spindles once (both) This mower has served me well. It's going into semi retirement. I bought a new mower for 2023. I would recommend the Cub Cadet RZT-S 46"
